Description

You will own the end-to-end business and functional design for technology solutions, guiding them from inception through implementation to support business transformation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Initiate business and functional design, chart user journeys, and identify key capabilities and milestones.
• Gather and analyze requirements, documenting current and future state workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mapping, and UI wireframes.
• Manage stakeholders by socializing design components and influencing decisions to advance objectives.
• Conduct user research through interviews to articulate business needs and opportunities.
• Develop business outcomes and contribute to the solution backlog and grooming prioritization.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Owner roles.
• Strong domain knowledge in asset management, specifically public equities, fixed income, direct indexing, and separate account management.
• Advanced experience working with Agile/Kanban software development processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, map, and document data.
• Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
