Description

You will manage requirements, data flows, and process improvements across complex integrated application ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements to align systems with organizational goals and identify process improvements.
• Design end-to-end lifecycles and data flows for web and mobile applications, including data migration and integration strategies.
• Facilitate communication between management, IT, and end-users to ensure alignment on implementation objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure workflows, user roles, and access permissions.
• Manage project scope, acceptance criteria, and impact assessments for change requests regarding design, time, and budget.
• Review test scenarios and test cases while participating in system testing to ensure functional requirements are met.
• Conduct walkthroughs and discussions with both onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience handling products and projects within multi-integrated ecosystems including CRM, Mobile Apps, ERP, and Communication Stacks.
• Proficiency in strategic business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques.
• Ability to create process flow diagrams and Project Charters.
• Experience conducting cost/benefit analysis and impact assessments.
• Competency in managing requirements across multiple product modules.
• Skill in developing user documentation and conducting training sessions.
• Any Graduate degree.
