Description

You will analyze and evaluate global and multi-regional regulatory initiatives in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and align detailed regulatory and business requirements with stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, Business, COO, AFC, and Operations.
• Coordinate cross-regional implementation to ensure consistency across business and technical requirements.
• Manage the adjustment of internal and external documents, including client contracts and letters.
• Organize project-related training, communications, and updates for governance bodies.
• Update impacted procedures and documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep knowledge of the EU regulatory landscape, including MiFID II, ESG, EMIR, and MiFIR.
• Experience with Private Bank services and products.
• Working knowledge of core banking systems such as Avaloq or Temenos T24.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint for senior management presentations.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate complex regulatory initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Agile methodology.
