Description

You will analyze and evaluate global regulatory initiatives, aligning detailed requirements with Legal, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and align regulatory and business requirements with key stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and COO.
• Coordinate cross-regional implementation to ensure consistency in business and technical requirements.
• Manage adjustments to internal and external documents, including client contracts and letters.
• Update impacted procedures and documentation to reflect regulatory changes.
• Organize project-related training, communications, and updates for governance bodies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep knowledge of the EU regulatory landscape, including MiFID II, ESG, EMIR, and MiFIR.
• Experience with Private Bank services and products.
• Working knowledge of core banking systems such as Avaloq or Temenos T24.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint for senior management presentations.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate complex regulatory initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodology and DB updates.
• Background in analyzing EU regulatory landscape changes.
