Description

You will act as a Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow solutions within an Agile framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ambitious work programs within fixed timeframes in dynamic environments.
• Manage complex internal and external dependencies with competing priorities.
• Facilitate discussions and negotiate outcomes with senior stakeholders across multi-region teams.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, connecting data capabilities to business goals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow workflow solutions and features.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio.
• Strong understanding of data models, data integration, and database design.
• Deep knowledge of Markets and Securities Services Middle and Back Office, including Fund Services.
• Proven ability to manage successful delivery of large, complex operational changes from initiation to deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencing senior sponsors.
• Understanding of operational risk frameworks, including non-financial risk.
