You will analyze, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions to optimize HR and finance operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for HRSD and finance processes.
• Analyze and optimize current workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
• Maintain detailed system documentation and perform system testing.
• Support deployment, train end-users, and provide ongoing operational support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Direct experience working with ServiceNow HRSD and finance modules.
• Strong understanding of HR and finance business processes.
• Proven ability to design and configure ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering and workflow optimization.
• Analytical skills for system testing and process improvement.
• Effective communication skills for user training and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD.
