Description

You will act as a ServiceNow knowledge source expert to bridge business needs with platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to establish high-level requirements, benefit cases, and delivery cost estimates.
• Analyze business requirements to construct workflow charts, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Design services following ServiceNow best practices with an automation-first and out-of-the-box approach.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for delivered functionality.
• Assist with system design, testing, and the documentation of all delivered features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and designing services within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow Tokyo or Utah versions.
• Proven ability to work with little to no technical direction.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining SOP and process documentation.
• Strong capability in constructing workflow charts and diagrams.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and knowledge source expertise.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
