Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive requirement accuracy and process efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze functional, non-functional, data, and technical requirements.
• Conduct facilitated workshops with stakeholders to review and validate requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Analyze complex data models, workflow processes, and procedures to identify patterns and trends.
• Collaborate with teams or work independently to ensure alignment with IT practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in information services, technology, or business analysis.
• Proficiency with case or task management systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Jira.
• Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation.
• Working knowledge of database design, development, and web page operation principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data models and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of overall IT concepts, practices, and procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, or Asset Management tools.
• Knowledge of defining KPIs, metrics, and Critical Success Factors (CSFs).
• Background in ITIL, LeanIT, Agile, DevOps, or Cloud Computing.
