Description

You manage the end-to-end Change Management process and support the Configuration Management Database.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process Normal, Standard, Emergency, and Standard Change Requests alongside developers, DBAs, and executives.
• Monitor the CM process to assess, control, and track RFCs.
• Manage documentation including impact analysis, implementation plans, policies, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate change announcements and gather reporting metrics.
• Provide user support through training plans, requirements gathering, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering Business and Systems Analyst artifacts.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or Ivanti Service Manager.
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and processes.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and metrics.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Visio for creating process maps and flowcharts.
• Experience creating training materials and user manuals.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ivanti Service Manager.
