Description

Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to implement ServiceNow processes, focusing on Risk Management and Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for new ServiceNow processes and workflows.
• Develop Agile user stories and process flow documentation based on stakeholder needs.
• Validate technical solutions with the development team to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities.
• Host CAM/IRM demos to explain ServiceNow capabilities to customers.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow CAM or IRM Business Analyst.
• 5 years of experience designing and building business processes.
• 3 years of experience in process flow documentation creation.
• Direct experience with IT Infrastructure, specifically Risk Management and Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM).
• Understanding of vulnerability assessments and the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of Agile software development practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside within two hours of Woodlawn, MD, and work on-site at least 2 days a week.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certification and experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
• Previous experience working within a Government environment.
• In-depth understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
