Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to drive front office post-trade enhancements and system stability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requested enhancements and propose technical solutions in collaboration with architects and developers.
• Manage end-to-end specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, and release documentation.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage monthly releases following established team milestones.
• Troubleshoot bugs, support the release roadmap in production, and manage incidents from business users and IT teams.
• Implement continuous improvements to operational processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a front office post-trade business analyst.
• Deep understanding of banking treasury products, trade lifecycles (Fixed Income and Money Market), and risk management concepts.
• Experience with Front Office systems, including interfacing FO or BO systems with external platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Shell scripting.
• Technical familiarity with .NET Core, Java, and Azure DevOps.
• Proven track record working within Agile methodologies and managing implementation projects.
• Ability to manage analysis, coding, and testing workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with in-house or third-party Front Office systems.
