Description

You bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver tax business process systems. You own the requirements lifecycle from elicitation to user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders to produce Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and User Stories.
• Analyze and conceptualize IT solutions, validating them with engineering and architecture teams.
• Prepare Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Support the Quality Assurance team in defining test strategies and clarifying requirements during testing phases.
• Develop training plans and user manuals to facilitate system adoption and user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology business analysis or software development.
• Experience with ETL processes, SQL, and APIs.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Project Management.
• Strong understanding of database design and UI/UX principles.
• Proven ability to document BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and visual business processes.
• Domain knowledge in tax and finance, including tax compliance, audit, and transfer pricing.
• Experience working across Front, Middle, and Back Office business functions.
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Singapore-based financial institutions.
