Description

You will act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and offshore web developers within a dairy technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for dairy farm management and feed management systems.
• Analyze and process data generated from farm operations and integrated agricultural tools.
• Manage and execute multiple competing priorities while working alongside offshore development teams.
• Integrate dairy-specific tools with existing enterprise systems to support on-farm sustainability.
• Coordinate project workflows using SDLC methodologies to support application and team requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on Ag/Dairy technology settings.
• Direct experience with dairy farm management tools and feed management systems.
• Deep proficiency in Data Analysis and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong knowledge of basic agronomy, cropland agriculture production, dairy, or soil and water conservation.
• Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Dairy, MIS, or a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to business partners and offshore developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or other agile project management tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
• Prior experience working on consumer-facing web applications.
