Description

You will drive technical alignment between product strategy and industry standards through active participation in SDOs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in standards development, solution analysis, design, and documentation within SDOs such as TMForum, MEF, Camara, 3GPP, and O-RAN.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate industry trends and SDO activities into product roadmap and architecture requirements.
• Provide consultancy for B-OSS product, solution, and PoC development.
• Present technical work at industrial conferences and engage with operators, competitors, and standardization experts to track industry trends.
• Design E2E business flows, functional requirements, and information/data models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in B-OSS design and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of TMForum ODA, OpenAPI, CaaS, MEF LS0, and ETSI NFV architectures.
• Proficiency with XML, YANG, and RESTful notations.
• Expertise in BPMN and UML notations for business process modeling and information design.
• Understanding of application architectures including Monolithic, Microservices, Service-oriented, and Event-driven.
• Familiarity with API/Contract-first vs. Code-first approaches.
• Knowledge of Cloud/Edge, IP services, 4G/5G, fixed networks, and mobile technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with Netcracker’s Product stack or similar BSS suites.
• Experience using modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect or Papyrus.
• Background in transforming legacy BSS to cloud-native architectures.
