Description

You will own Identity Management projects as the primary Business Analyst for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into sustainable IT solutions.
• Write detailed user stories and concepts during the analysis phase.
• Bridge the gap between client business units and IT departments.
• Analyze customer business processes to design tailored solutions.
• Apply Scrum and Kanban methodologies within a scaled agile development process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or similar roles.
• University degree in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM Cloud Services.
• Experience with software testing methodologies and processes.
• Strong IT affinity and ability to analyze complex contexts.
• Basic programming experience or fundamental knowledge of IT architecture.
• Good English communication and presentation skills.
• Basic German language skills (Level B).
