Description

Act as the primary link between commercial and IT teams to build and implement workflow systems, owning the translation of business needs into technical deliverables using Smartsheet and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage workflow systems using Smartsheet and SharePoint to track task assignments and document deliverables.
• Draft detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and comprehensive workflow documentation.
• Map data sources during the intake process to ensure alignment between commercial requirements and IT implementation.
• Assist with user training and drive system adoption across teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for workflow management.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint for document and task integration.
• Proven ability to create and maintain BRD documentation.
• Experience mapping data sources for technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.
