Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify underlying issues and determine effective resolution paths.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Develop data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Apply Agile processes and principles to support project workflows and delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business and data analysis.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge within an IT or business environment.
• Proficiency with Agile processes, principles, and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience using Jira.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience within the insurance industry.
