You will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project requirements in the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the communication gap between business users and technical development teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications throughout the software development life cycle.
• Manage requirements documentation and workflow processes.
• Conduct business analysis and requirement gathering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Direct experience working within the mortgage industry.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to conduct business analysis and requirement gathering.
• Bachelor's degree.
