You will support Phase 2 implementation of a new Case Management Solution in a rapid development environment.
Responsibilities
Develop business processes, data flows, and business rules.
Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and project artifacts.
Conduct gap analysis and maintain the requirements traceability matrix.
Create and execute test cases for functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage technical documentation.
Required Skills
7 years of experience in business system analysis, business process design, and requirement gathering.
5 years of experience with business analysis methodologies, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project.
5 years of experience developing test scenarios and executing user acceptance testing.
3 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
3 years of experience testing Microsoft .NET C# applications.
3 years of experience with MS SQL Server 2016 or higher and SQL.
3 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Preferred Skills
Experience with iServer365, Jira, and White box testing.
Proficiency with Telerik Test Studio, HP LoadRunner, and HP Quality Center ALM.
Knowledge of LINQ to SQL, SOAP, and Microsoft Visual Studio web and load testing tools.
