Description

You will support Phase 2 implementation of a new Case Management Solution in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Define business processes, data flows, and detailed business rules.
• Document requirements, user stories, and traceability matrices.
• Conduct gap analysis to translate needs into functional and integration test scenarios.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage technical project documentation.
• Collaborate with .NET C# and SQL Server development teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in business system analysis, process design, and requirement gathering.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project.
• 5+ years in test scenario development and UAT execution.
• 3+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 3+ years testing Microsoft .NET C# applications.
• 3+ years with SQL Server 2016+ and SQL.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Power BI.
• 3+ years in solution testing using industry-standard tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with iServer365, JIRA, White box testing, or Telerik Test Studio.
• Familiarity with HP LoadRunner, HP Quality Center ALM, or LINQ to SQL.
