Own system analysis and requirement definition for legacy infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reverse-engineer undocumented legacy systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.
• Support Quality Assurance processes during system changes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Domain experience in insurance.
• Strong background in legacy system analysis and migration.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Expertise in stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IS, or a related field.
