You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams to drive the full software development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and decompose high-level business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to document current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create source-to-target mappings and diagrams to support data movement and downstream reporting.
• Validate business systems and data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and alignment with design standards.
• Develop technical scopes of work and facilitate discussions regarding risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting technical requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into effective metrics, reports, and system requirements.
• Experience mapping technical process flows and data movement diagrams.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related analytical field.
• Capability to manage competing priorities and adhere to strict project schedules.
