You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through data extraction and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting using SQL.
• Analyze and document complex business processes.
• Integrate requirements with Web Services including REST and SOAP.
• Support system monitoring and log management tasks.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of experience in Business or Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk for log management and system monitoring.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Experience with ETL processes and Data Warehousing.
