Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain business and functional requirements through structured walkthroughs with project teams.
• Analyze source system data to support application integration into business intelligence environments.
• Define data mapping specifications and facilitate the identification of master data elements.
• Evaluate business requests for feasibility and communicate potential impacts of new or enhanced solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT-related experience in business or data analysis.
• SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
• MDM (Master Data Management).
• Intermediate data analysis and investigative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into viable technical solutions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for knowledge sharing across IT and business teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, clients, and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• LOMA Certification or ARA Designation.
• 2+ years of life insurance industry experience.
