Bridge the gap between business needs and IT requirements for State projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to define and document IT requirements.
• Conduct meetings to map and document current business processes.
• Analyze technical problems and document process improvements.
• Work with vendors to gather RFP requirements and assist in evaluations.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business and systems analysis experience in IT environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience documenting complex business processes and requirements.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and RFP processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP Certification.
• Experience working within state agencies, criminal justice, or government settings.
