Description

You will define, document, and manage business requirements for web and digital projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders to define project scope and features.
• Conduct user research including personas, user journeys, and pain point analysis.
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-centric design implementation.
• Support QA testing efforts to validate functional specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of web applications and CMS platforms, specifically Drupal.
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with documentation tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on website or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of UX/CX research and usability principles.
