Description

You will investigate, document, and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud instances by mapping system operations and validating configurations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Investigate existing Salesforce configurations, flows, process builders, and email alerts to map system operations.
• Create comprehensive documentation and visualizations, including flowcharts, to interpret undocumented processes.
• Query Salesforce data using SOQL to provide analysis and system insights.
• Execute testing and validation by writing and running UAT test cases.
• Present findings, charts, and high-level system overviews to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles.
• Admin-level experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency with SOQL and RDBMS for data querying.
• Ability to perform minor Salesforce admin-level system changes.
• Experience with documentation and visualization tools like Lucidchart.
• Strong requirement gathering and system documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret workflows through an understanding of Python or JavaScript scripting concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Familiarity with project management or analytics tools.
