Description

You will manage settlement changes for the DTCC T+2 to T+1 transition. You translate regulatory requirements into business and system specifications. You drive technical enhancements by collaborating with internal cross-regional technology teams and external vendors. You facilitate communication across Business, Operations, Finance, and Risk to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities

• Capture and translate regulatory mandates into detailed business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Finance, and Risk teams to define necessary technical changes.
• Work with internal cross-regional technology teams and external vendors to drive system enhancements.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication across different regions to ensure requirement alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory mandates into technical specifications.
• Experience working with Business, Operations, Finance, and Risk functions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage requirements through cross-regional technology teams and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be able to commute to Stamford, CT.
• Must have access to a car for commuting.
