Description

You will perform financial analysis for banking products and support regulatory reporting for Finance and Risk teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis on deposits, loans, credit portfolios, and treasury operations.
• Prepare regulatory reporting including Call Reports, CCAR, ALM, and Basel III metrics.
• Partner with Technology to optimize core banking platforms and data warehouses.
• Write SQL queries for financial reconciliations and maintain reporting logic in BI tools.
• Translate business requirements from Finance, Risk, and Compliance into functional specifications.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Financial Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Solid understanding of banking processes: loans, deposits, treasury, GL accounting, and financial controls.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Experience working with financial or core banking systems.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large, complex datasets typical of banking institutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL or analytics languages.
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks (Basel III, CECL, FFIEC, ALM).
