Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to define goals, processes, and challenges.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to validate requirement feasibility.
• Analyze data flows to assess business challenges and current states.
• Maintain requirements traceability and identify solution gaps.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in business analytics or product management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Experience eliciting and documenting comprehensive business requirements.
• Ability to apply analytical techniques to solve real business problems.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and associated tools.
• Proven ability to document features and functions of technical systems.
• Experience validating Functional Specifications against Business Requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
