Description

You bridge the customer community and software development teams to support agency initiatives through requirements derivation, system analysis, and SDLC support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Derive requirements via customer interviews and produce system requirements documents.
• Perform system analysis and design, creating mock-ups and wireframes.
• Support projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Review, assess, and develop business processes.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and implement post-implementation system support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Business Process Re-engineering.
• Ability to develop user stories and use cases.
• Experience with Software Development processes.
• Competency in JIRA.
• Experience with DevOps.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps or Modern Requirements.
• Prior familiarity with Texas public school district applications or programs.
