• Analyze business requirements within Systematics and Touchpoint frameworks.
• Facilitate technical analysis to align business needs with system capabilities.
• Support data and system workflows using Informatica.
• Conduct systems analysis to ensure functional alignment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep functional knowledge of Systematics.
• Hands-on experience with Touchpoint.
• Proficiency with Informatica.
• Proven track record in systems analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
