Description

You will own the analysis, documentation, and communication of business requirements across multiple processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand and assess the business impact of required changes.
• Capture, analyze, and document detailed requirements for system components.
• Create Visio process maps, requirements traceability matrices, and use cases.
• Translate high-level business needs into functional specifications and manage changes.
• Facilitate design sessions with implementation teams to define technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to document requirements, business rules, and data definitions.
• Proficiency in creating technical, business, and plain language documentation.
• Experience analyzing and gathering user requirements.
• Ability to prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
