Description

You will own the analysis, documentation, and communication of business requirements across multiple processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess the business impact of required changes and translate high-level needs into functional specifications.
• Capture, analyze, and document detailed requirements for system components, including business rules and data definitions.
• Create Visio process maps, requirements traceability matrices, and use cases.
• Facilitate design sessions with implementation teams to define technical solutions and manage changes.
• Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in creating technical, business, and plain language documentation.
• Experience analyzing and gathering user requirements.
• Ability to document requirements, business rules, and data definitions.
• Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
