Description

Analyze business processes and requirements to support information technology services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze existing business processes and defined business rules.
• Create and analyze business requirements documents and project artifacts.
• Plan, facilitate, and document meetings, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate production implementations and assist with organizational change management.
• Produce reports and technical documentation for users and IT personnel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience establishing and maintaining business process workflows.
• Ability to construct effective test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Ability to write technical documentation and present ideas in user-friendly language.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Power Platform, .NET, Azure SQL, or Power BI development teams.
• Experience in a government setting.
• Experience using Microsoft DevOps or ServiceNow.
