You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to support complex system implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret functional and non-functional requirements, including data integration, metadata, and service levels.
  • Translate business concepts for technical teams and explain technology to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage Project Risks, Action Items, Issues, Deliverables, and Decisions (RAID) logs.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), execute test scenarios, and track defect resolutions.
  • Develop business cases, define high-level objectives, and establish key success factors for solution delivery.
  • Review project deliverables for accuracy and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and software process evaluation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in meeting facilitation and detailed project documentation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience assisting customers with business case development and application testing.
  • Proficiency in managing Project Risks, Action Items, Issues, Deliverables, and RAID logs.
  • Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
