You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams within an agile software environment.
Responsibilities
Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to represent stakeholder interests and clarify software functionality.
Validate documented business requirements against existing processes and verify software via User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify and document workflow efficiency improvements and software enhancement opportunities using Microsoft Office and configuration management systems.
Produce technical documentation including specifications, requirements traceability matrices, interface designs, and data flow diagrams.
Provide daily technical support for HMS and related systems by researching inquiries and logging issues in ticketing systems.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in business process analysis within an agile software development team.
2+ years of experience providing technical support for EHR and practice management systems.
2+ years of experience in application development on a Certified EHR product.
2+ years of experience in software testing, including executing tests, documenting defects, and writing test scripts.
2+ years of experience producing technical documentation such as traceability matrices and data flow diagrams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with HMS and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experience using change and configuration management systems and customer ticketing systems.
