Description

Bridge the gap between technical development and solution requirements in a hybrid Mainframe and Azure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full SDLC, including planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, and problem resolution.
• Guide team members and participate directly in development activities.
• Provide solution demos and assist in development using Agile methodology.
• Support development within Mainframe and Azure cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Cobol, CICS, and DB2/QMF.
• Deep understanding of Mainframe environments.
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Any Graduate degree.
