Description

You will bridge the gap between stakeholder requirements and system implementation through detailed analysis, prototyping, and testing oversight.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements and processes.
• Develop prototypes and mock systems to demonstrate effectiveness and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including regression testing and coordination during implementation.
• Create traceability matrices, use case scenarios, and system, integration, and performance test plans.
• Facilitate JAD sessions and assist with user training using a train-the-trainer approach.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Proven experience on enterprise-level IT projects involving the integration of multiple systems.
• Expertise in creating Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Business Use Cases.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and performance load testing.
• Ability to develop Business Activity Diagrams and Requirement Traceability Matrices.
• Proficiency with Scrum and JIRA.
• Experience managing project deliverables, status reporting, and issue tracking.
• Strong capability in meeting facilitation and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Contribute to project management activities including risk identification, issue tracking, and WBS development.
