Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions through detailed requirements analysis and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and document user requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Lead requirements definition meetings and facilitate design sessions with implementation teams.
• Create Visio process maps, requirements traceability matrices, use cases, and wireframes.
• Perform user acceptance testing and manage changes to functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirement negotiations among multiple stakeholders to resolve conflicting needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in creating Visio process maps and requirements traceability matrices.
• Ability to translate high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Proven skill in documenting business rules, wireframes, and data definitions.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience conducting research into application development issues and products.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing reports and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moderately complex business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
