Description

You will act as the primary communication link between IT technical teams, vendors, and end-users for the Bureau of Business Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with internal and external customers across multiple business segments.
• Liaise between IT technical teams, resource managers, and HR to implement IT talent management activities.
• Assist with annual business planning and expense budgeting using proper accounting controls.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and articles for management and outside vendors.
• Coordinate with functional groups to clarify customer requirements and resolve relationship issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and communications.
• Demonstrated experience with administrative functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced use of MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat software.
• Experience conducting research via internet search engines.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot client issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
