Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements for system implementations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience collecting and analyzing data, including software process evaluation and process improvements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with the development of early intervention data systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working independently and as part of a project team in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing detailed project documentation and presentations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience assisting customers with business case development, application testing, and implementation.
