Description

You will drive requirements definition, analysis, and testing within an Agile development environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, gather, and document detailed user requirements for software solutions.
• Perform software testing, including test execution, defect documentation, and writing test cases and plans.
• Produce necessary business and technical documentation.
• Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Generate ad-hoc reports using SQL queries against databases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience performing business analysis on an Agile software development team.
• 1+ year of experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• 1+ year experience eliciting, gathering, and documenting user requirements.
• 1+ year experience performing software testing.
• 1+ year experience producing business or technical documentation.
• 1+ year experience in application development, preferably on an EHR system.
• 1+ year experience and/or education related to HL7 standards (ADT, CCDA).
• 1+ year experience with databases and generating ad-hoc reports using SQL queries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EHR systems.
