Description

You will serve as a Business Analyst on technology modernization projects, analyzing workflows and defining requirements for software development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements supporting strategic goals.
• Elicit requirements, document user stories, and define acceptance criteria for software development projects.
• Develop and execute user acceptance test cases.
• Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights supporting decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology modernization projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Feature Driven Design.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub for backlog management.
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst for software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis practices.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
