Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of business and system requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research and document business processes and dependencies between systems.
• Collaborate with teams to develop technical specifications, use cases, and business rules.
• Plan and implement various types of testing for new and existing functionality.
• Translate business objectives into application and infrastructure requirements.
• Assist in redesigning and documenting business processes to support enterprise migration efforts.

Required Skills

• Minimum five years of business process and systems analysis experience.
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling using Visio.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data migration processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience with testing and quality assurance tools and techniques.
• Proficiency with reporting tools, specifically Power BI.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile project methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps.
• Knowledge of Florida Administrative Code (Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5).
