You will bridge the gap between stakeholder requirements and technical software solutions through data modeling and systems analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders by conducting meeting sessions and facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Document business and technical requirements using MS Word, Visio, and Excel.
• Create visual models using UML and develop logical database models for MS SQL Server applications.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the EMSTARS EMS Data Warehouse system.
• Develop Business Process Models to represent BEMO processes and provide technical support to end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in logical data modeling and database design for MS SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience in web-based or client-server application design.
• 5+ years of experience in requirement elicitation and group facilitation.
• 5+ years of experience in object-oriented analysis and design using UML.
• 5+ years of experience developing System Use Cases and technical specifications.
• 2+ years of experience using XML for data collection based on HL7 standards.
• 2+ years of experience with web service architecture.
• 2+ years of experience with the design and implementation of data dictionaries.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Visio, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree.
