Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements through direct collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain a traceable, organized repository of prioritized requirements aligned with project goals.
• Work with solution architects and technical teams to design feasible solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.
• Ability to maintain requirement traceability and prioritization.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and architects.
• Strong Data Analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
