Description

You will own the analysis, integration, and testing phases for enterprise IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non-functional business requirements for full lifecycle development projects.
• Conduct JAD sessions with cross-functional agencies and stakeholders to define scope.
• Create comprehensive test plans and utilize automated testing tools for validation.
• Facilitate meetings to capture customer needs and evaluate requirements against technical specifications.
• Collaborate with software developers and the assigned Project Manager to deliver assignments on schedule.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience on successful, enterprise-level information technology projects.
• 3+ years of experience in integrating multiple systems or applications.
• 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• 3+ years of experience conducting JAD sessions with multi-cross functional agencies.
• 3+ years of experience creating test plans and using automated testing tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
• Experience with business analysis, requirements documentation, and meeting facilitation.
• Strong oral, written, and collaborative communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and cooperate with software developers.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• Experience with Java Frameworks (.JSF) and J2EE development.
• Proficiency with MS-Visio, JIRA, and Silk Central.
