Description

You will bridge the gap between project teams, stakeholders, and IT developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews to capture functional and non-functional needs.
• Develop As-Is and To-Be documentation and create process models to illustrate business workflows.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure requirements translate accurately into test plans and results.
• Implement business process improvement recommendations and manage project artifacts according to PMO standards.
• Liaise with users and provide regular briefings to executives to manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Proficiency in developing business process models and documentation.
• Knowledge of PMO standards and project artifact maintenance.
• Ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.
• Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive briefing capabilities.
