You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive system implementation and software process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interpret functional and nonfunctional requirements, including data integration, metadata, and service level performance.
• Translate complex business processes for technical teams and articulate technology concepts to stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain Project Risks, Action Items, Issues, Deliverables, and Decisions (RAID) logs.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by reviewing test plans, executing scenarios, and recording defects.
• Develop business cases, define high-level objectives, and establish key success factors for solution delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for system implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in data collection, analysis, and software process evaluation.
• 3+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation.
• 3+ years of experience in meeting facilitation and detailed project documentation.
• 3+ years of experience assisting customers with business case development and application testing.
• Proficiency in managing RAID logs.
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices.
• Proven ability to work both independently and within complex project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for the degree).
